Another cold but sunny ride, looping around St Albans on lanes and tracks.
John Bunyan, author of Pilgrim's Progress, lodged in some cottages a long time ago in Coleman Green, and has a pub named after him, now offering Hertfordshire locally-brewed McMullens beer. They haven't put up a pretty pub sign yet, so we had to pose in front of this disappointing marker...
